HOUSE RULES– Check-in/out: Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you arrive early or need a late departure, feel free to drop off your luggage between 9 AM and 3 PM – our team will be more than happy to assist you!– Occupancy: Our cozy spaces accommodate 2 people for a one-bedroom unit, 4 people for a two-bedroom unit, and 6 people for a three-bedroom unit. Extra person will be required an extra bed with an additional charge of IDR 500.000 net per night.– Security Deposit: We kindly request a refundable security of IDR 1.000.000 deposit before your stay to cover any potential damages. You’ll get this back on your check-out date.
– Pets and Durian: As much as we love pets and durians, our property isn’t suitable for them. IDR 1.000.000 will be charged for any violation. Thank you for understanding!
– Quiet Hours: To keep the peace, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
– Prohibited Items: We have a strict no-drug policy.
– No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free. A deep cleaning fee of IDR 1 million will be charged for any violations.
– No Parties/Events: We kindly ask that you don’t host parties or events.
– Electricity: For stays under 28 nights, electricity is included. For longer stays, electricity is not included. Please contact our team for top-up assistance.
– Belongings: Please use the safety box for your valuables. We’re not responsible for any missing items, so better safe than sorry!
– Children Policy: We welcome children under 12 years old to stay with their parents at no extra charge when sharing a bed. For children 12 years and older, please arrange for an extra bed in advance. As our property features a mezzanine-style layout with bedrooms upstairs, we kindly ask you to keep an extra eye on your kids for their safety during your stay. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we want to ensure everyone’s well-being. If any accidents occur, kindly note that they will be beyond our control. – Cultural Respect and Conduct. Guests are expected to respect Balinese culture and customs. This includes dressing appropriately in public areas (no nudity) and behaving in a respectful and considerate manner towards others. Any incidents of harassment or criminal behavior will be handled in accordance with Indonesian law.
